揪科也染紅？台聯爆中資創投參股

日召開記者會，爆料研發揪科的工研院，2015年1月把揪科技術移轉給源思科技公司，源思科技的董事長戴偉衡，竟然是中資創投台灣區董事長，台聯要求行政院暫停使用揪科並清查資金。

即使通訊軟體LINE，因為被國安局認為有資安疑慮，行政院在2015年1月資安會報決議，要求各部會正副首長，改用揪科軟體，揪科是工研院所研發的本土即時通訊軟體，經濟部科專計畫還補助1.5億，沒想到卻被台聯爆料，有染紅危機。

台聯黨團總召賴振昌：「它竟然是技轉後，是跟一家源思科技公司合作，而且源思科技公司背後的老闆，或者是它的資金有中資的情形。」

本土研發的軟體，移轉給僑外資思源科技已經引發爭議，沒想到，台聯一查思源科技的背景，發現他的董事長戴偉衡，是?遠資本集團跟華?創投基金管理合夥人兼台灣區董事長，華?創投資金大有來頭，它是中國國家發展改革委員會，中國財政部跟重慶市政府等直接參股的創投基金。

立委(台聯)周倪安：「學生們正在說，自己的國家自己救，我們的政府是變成，自己的政府自己賣。」

台聯要求行政院，在釐清揪科資安疑慮前，各部會暫停使用，還要NCC清查揪科的中資疑慮，否則工研院花公帑研發的軟體，被對岸攻陷，各部會資料往來將有洩密危機。（民視新聞張玄會、欒秉宙台北報導）
